Rinjani Entrance Tickets Are Non-Refundable
Once purchased, tickets to Mount Rinjani National Park cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Full Refund (Minus Ticket Cost)
Cancel at least 7 days before your trekking date and receive a full refund, excluding the cost of the Rinjani entrance tickets.
50% Refund
Cancellations made within 5 days of your scheduled trek will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refund (Deposit Forfeited)
If you cancel within 3 days of your scheduled trek, the deposit is non-refundable.
